Projektor will release a new EP this year entitled "Atlantic Tired South". The tracks were mastered this past month by Dave Gardener @ Magneto Mastering in Minneapolis and you can check out the newly mastered version of "We Were Diamonds" on our MySpace. "Emergency!" will also be included along with two other tracks. More details to follow...
NOVEMBER 2006
Jahmeel and Jeremy joined Johnny and Sam Osland (Burnthe8track) in a special reprise Canadian tour of Johnny's former band Mico.

We have finally regained control the site!
Projektor have returned from touring across Canada (almost). They also had some misadventures in the States, but the less said about that the better. The band is now furiously writing new material. Check back for more intriguing updates.
JUNE 2005
Projektor completed its western tour and has recorded a couple of new songs for an upcoming album.
MAY 2005
A bunch of new dates have been added to the TOUR section, including a tour of western Canada.
APRIL 2005
Projektor has been invited to be part of Freq107 's Second Annual Rock for a Reason CD. The first release raised over $15,000 for the African Aids Crisis. Every dollar raised can save a life for a day. Stay tuned for more info!

JOHNNY STEWART - Projektor is excited to announce that Johnny Stewart has joined the band as second guitar! Johnny is well known to Winnipeg and Canadian fans from his previous work with Mico and Red Fisher. Johnny's first gigs with Projektor will be at the Zoo (Saturday March 5) and Much Does Winnipeg at the West End Cultural Centre (Wednesday March 9).
JUNOFEST 2005 - Projektor will be participating in the Juno celebrations and is performing at the Collective Cabaret on Friday, April 1!
MUCH DOES WINNIPEG - Projektor will be taping a special episode of "Going Coastal" for Much Music on Wednesday, March 9 at the West End Cultural Centre! Also appearing are Rez Official, Paper Moon and the Paperbacks. Tickets are only $5 at the door or in advance at Sk8, Into the Music, and Music Trader.

"From Steel" is #9 & "Young Hearts Fail" is #2 Album in Quebec!!!
"From Steel" is in the Anglophone Top 15 at CFOU 89.1, the campus station in Trois Rivieres, Quebec! The single debuted three weeks ago at #15 and has subsequently climbed up to 9th spot! "Young Hearts Fail" is also on their album charts, holding at #2 this week!
